Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
All of the products sold on flirtlingerie.net are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of invoice, subject to the following conditions. ABSOLUTELY NO CLAIMS ON USED GOODS! any discrepancy imn quantities shipped, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of goods. All returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not be accepted for garments which have been worn. We do not pay for postage on returns. International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused. Defective novelty items can only be replaced with another of the same item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued. Non-defective novelties may not be returned for any reason. Except as expressly stated herein, Trimble & Associates makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on flirtlingerie.net website. Except as expressly stated herein, Trimble & Associates expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Trimble & Associates arising from any product sold on flirtlingerie.net site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Trimble & Associates, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any product sold.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Trimble & Associates shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Trimble & Associates shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Trimble & Associates shall immediately issue a credit to you via mail in the amount of the charge.
