 ORDERING METHODS


Flirt Lingerie accepts orders online 24 hrs a day by simply adding the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. 


PAYMENT METHODS


Flirt Lingerie  accepts VISA, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, & AMERICAN EXPRESS via PayPal. Your credit card transaction is 100% secure. All information included with your order is encrypted for privacy while in transit.  All customers submitting other forms of payment will receive an email invoice stating the amount of the order and terms of payment (personal check, cashier's check or money order).  Orders paid for by check will be held for 7 days until the check clears.  There is a $35 charge for returned checks.  International orders can only be paid via PayPal.

 

SALES TAXES
Trimble & Associates shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax order to be delivered to addresses within the State of Texas.  Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

 

BACKORDERS


We stock a large inventory of product to ensure prompt delivery of orders. In the unfortunate event that we are sold out of an item, we will notify you immediately. Your item will be backordered and shipped as soon as it becomes available, usually a matter of days. You will not be charged extra shipping on backorder items.

 

 

SHIPPING METHOD


We use UPS, DHL, or USPS to ship your packages depending on shipping addresses and items. Sometimes orders with multiple items will ship separately at no extra charge to you in order to expedite delivery.

All orders arrive in standard postal service "Priority Mail" or "Express Mail" packaging. Our return address label reads "F.L. CO." -- absolutely no mention of lingerie or what's inside the box* in case you're a little shy about your purchase. *APO/FPO Military shipments require a customs form and declaration of contents, but we try to be as vague as possible to avoid any embarrassment.

 SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs of placement.   90% of our shipments placed before Noon Eastern process and ship the same day. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping rates vary depending on chosen method and order total. 

 

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

We offer easy no hassle returns. Simply, return your item to the address below and we will take care of the rest. Please be sure to include your order number on the outside of the box so we can issue your credit appropriately.  If you have any questions, you may contact our Returns Department at orders@flirtlingerie.net.  Our return terms are as follows:

  • We cannot accept returns on hosiery, novelties, panties, certain lingerie, or any intimate apparel due to health regulations.
  • Due to the nature of our costume business, we do NOT accept returns or refunds on costume merchandise during the months of September, October, and November. All Halloween sales are final.
  • We will happily replace any defective item with a new, identical, working item free of charge. Damaged returns must be postmarked within 14 days of initial receipt.
  • We do NOT accept returns on open packages or worn items.
  • All clothing returns must be unworn and have original tags in place.
  • On all exchanges and returns, the customer is responsible for costs associated with sending the returned items.
  • Refused packages by the buyer returned to us are subjected to 25% restocking fee.
  • Packages which are marked returned, but have been opened, may not be accepted.
  • No Returns On: Panties, Thongs, G-Strings, Stockings, Hosiery/Bodysuits, Teddies, Men's Underwear, Costumes, Wigs, Latex clothing, Bra & Panty Sets, Hot Pants of any kinds. (Health regulations require us to maintain these policies)
    No Returns on all sale/clearance items.
    For health reasons, panties/thongs/g-strings attached to lingerie should NOT be tried on unless you intend to keep the garments. A Return will not be granted if the panty/thong/g-string was detached from the garment.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item, simply return it within 14 days and we will happily replace it with a new, identical, working item. Contact our returns department at orders@flirtlingerie.net with any questions.

 
ADULT MATERIAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Due to local, state, and regional laws, we cannot send Adult Material to these locations: Jacksonville and Tallahassee, FL; Cincinnati, OH; Memphis, TN; Indianapolis, IN; San Antonio, Waco, Austin, & Dallas, TX as well as the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi,  and Utah.
